How do I register for the St Dom's Web Portal?
Caregiver access to the St Dom's Web Portal is sent via email to families new to the school in late January/early February. For students starting at St Dominic's Catholic College during the school year, the registration links are usually sent out within two weeks of your daughter's start date.
Who do I contact if I forget my St Dom's Web Portal username or password?
If you have forgotten your St Dom's Web Portal username or password, please email datateam@stdoms.ac.nz - include your full name as well as your daughter's name and year level so that we can identify you.
How do I report my daughter's absence?
If a student is going to be absent for the day, her parent/caregiver should let the school attendance officer know BEFORE 8:45am on the day of the absence (this also applies to EACH DAY of absence lasting more than one day). The student must bring a note signed by the parent or caregiver explaining the absence to her Form Teacher as soon as she returns to school.
If your daughter is late, she is to report to Reception (via the student entrance). She will be issued with a Late Pass for entry to her next class or assembly. Students must show the Late Pass to their subject teacher.
What do I do if my daughter has to leave school early?
Please send a signed and dated note with your daughter stating the reason for leaving, eg doctor's appointment. Your daughter will give the note to a Dean and request an Exit Pass, which is shown to the subject teacher when she needs to leave class. The Exit Pass is then shown to the Reception staff who will log your daughter out of school.
On her return to school, your daughter is to sign back in at Reception, and show the Exit Pass to her subject teacher as she goes into class.
How can I see my daughter's school report?
This information will be updated at a later date..
How do I update my Contact Information?
If any of your contact details have changed, or emergency contact information needs updating, please email datateam@stdoms.ac.nz and include your daughter's name and year level as reference.
How do I contact my daughter's subject teacher or Dean?
We prefer online payments of school fees via internet banking. You will receive a monthly invoice by email, which will include bank account details.
Alternatively, you can pay at the school office.
Do we have to be a Catholic family for my daughter to attend St Dominic's College?
As we are a Catholic school, students whose parents have an established religious connection with the Catholic character of the college will be given preference for enrolment.
However, we do have a limited number of places available for non-Catholic students. Enrolments received from non-Catholic families will be put on a waiting list.
How much are the school fees?
You can find the latest information on school fees HERE or click Enrolment at the top of the screen.
