Today, twelve of our Year 13 students took part in Beautiful Lengths - a campaign where people cut and donate their hair to create wigs for those who have lost theirs through cancer treatment.
Each student selflessly parted with a minimum of 30cm, standing in solidarity with the Cancer Foundation and every person walking the difficult journey of cancer.
Through tears, trembling hands, and stories that carried love, grief, and courage, they reminded us that beauty isn’t what we keep - it’s what we give. Their actions became a powerful symbol of hope, strength, and compassion. As St Paul reminds us, “If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honoured, all rejoice together.”
